About Me

What I Do Link to heading
I build and run practical systems: AWS infrastructure, security controls, Terraform delivery, Cloudflare access patterns, PostgreSQL operations, observability, and AI harnesses around real operational data.
I also work on the business side. At FivexL and Sirob Tech, that means business development, direct sales, product direction, hiring decisions, accounting, legal coordination, open-source supervision, customer conversations, and the paperwork nobody wants to do but every company depends on.

How I Work Link to heading
I prefer useful systems over beautiful plans. An 80% done ugly solution in 7 days will often beat a 100% perfect solution in 3 months, because the world does not pause while a team waits for the perfect launch window.
That does not mean reckless shipping. It means protect the downside, ship the smallest useful thing, learn from real users, and improve. For infrastructure and AI automation, that means guardrails, read-only access where possible, staged plans, review checkpoints, and clear separation between experiments and production changes.

Where I Operate Link to heading
- Firi AS: AWS engineering, AI harness engineering, infrastructure ownership, security ownership, and AI experiments inside real operational constraints.
- FivexL: consulting delivery, business development, hiring and firing, accounting, legal coordination, boring paperwork, open-source supervision, and client trust.
- Sirob Tech: founder sales, product vision, UX, direct customer feedback, feature prioritization, integrations, pivots, and market learning.
- ZoJump and personal projects: AI experiments, Private Notetaker, local-first workflows, agent coordination, and product discovery.
What I Bring Link to heading

I am useful when the work crosses boundaries: cloud, security, AI automation, product, sales, and company operations. I can talk to engineers about Terraform plans, talk to buyers about business pain, talk to founders about runway and tradeoffs, and still do the admin work after the call.
I am not afraid of pivots, wasted time, awkward first versions, or boring staff work. Those are normal costs of building something real.
Community and Writing Link to heading
I am an AWS Community Builder and public speaker. I write about AWS, infrastructure, security, databases, AI-assisted engineering, books, and the practical mistakes that show up when theory meets production.
